¡Hola! I’m Hannah, Founder & CEO of HKSpanishtutoring. As a qualified Spanish teacher with a BA (Hons) in Spanish, I specialise in teaching primary students (ages 5+), KS3 students (Years 7-9), GCSE and A-Level students, as well as adult learners. My background includes serving as an MFL KS3 Engagement Leader and MFL teacher, with experience teaching in multiple secondary schools across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, as well as a secondary school in Madrid. With over 13 years of tutoring experience, I have worked with children, students, and adults, helping them develop their Spanish language skills effectively.
At HKSpanishtutoring, my team and I are proud of our strong track record in improving students’ Spanish exam results, demonstrated by a 100% pass rate in both A-Level and GCSE Spanish. In 2024, all of our GCSE Higher Tier students achieved grades 6-9 (B-A**). We are honoured to be the Winner of the 2025/2026 London & South East England Prestige Award for ‘Spanish Tutoring Service of the Year’ and to have been featured in the 2025/26 London & Southeast Prestige Awards winners magazine.
Based in Buckinghamshire, a significant percentage of our clients come to us through word-of-mouth recommendations, with students attending a range of independent, grammar, and comprehensive schools, including Berkhamsted Boys School, Berkhamsted Girls School, Dr Challoner’s High School, Dr Challoner’s Grammar School, Claires Court School, Aylesbury Grammar School, Aylesbury High School, Chesham Grammar School, Beaconsfield High School, Haberdashers’ Schools, Wellington College, Sir William Borlase’s Grammar School, Pipers Corner School, Tring School, The Misbourne School, Great Marlow School, and Amersham School. Additionally, we work with a substantial number of students from London-based schools.
As an online education provider, our services extend beyond the local area. We cater to students of all ages across the UK and provide international homeschooling for learners worldwide. While school students make up a large proportion of our clientele, we are delighted to see growing interest in our beginner and intermediate adult learner lessons.
I am privileged to lead a team of highly qualified and experienced associate language tutors, offering private language lessons for primary children (ages 5+), KS3 students, GCSE students, A-Level students, and adult learners. Each tutor brings professional experience from secondary schools and language services in both the UK and Spain, with expertise in grammar and comprehensive education. Our team consists of native English speakers who are fully qualified language teachers, holding prestigious degrees and certifications. While we specialise in Spanish tuition, we also provide lessons in French, Italian, Latin, and Mandarin, subject to availability.
